Independence Day Picnic Hosted by the Philadelphia ARF a Success

On May 31st after the Haigazian Armenian School Hantes close to 200 people from the community came to celebrate Armenia’s First Republic’s Independence Day with food, music, dancing and fun. As people were enjoying the sounds of the Artsakh Band, kids were playing games while member of the community were singing and dancing away. Here are some pictures from the picnic.

Come to the Seroonian Armenian Community Center for night of mezze and the delights of outdoor dining.

Zahle, an area of Northern Lebanon close to the Syrian border, known as the bride of the Bekka Valley, is famous for its clean air, resorts and food.  We will recreate this atmosphere at the agoump with mezze, drinks of arak and creating Zahle on the backyard.

Interested people should reserve tables before August 21st.  Contact any of the Seroonian Community Center committee members for reservations.
